RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want to make sure you fall in love with every purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit or refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What can be returned?
For health and safety reasons all items except earrings, sale, hair accessories, and promotional items can be returned for a store credit that can be used any time online.
We do not provide refund for change of mind, only for manufacturing faults.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, and in original packaging. Items will not be credited if damaged upon return.

Return and exchange policy
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Aviska is not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or if you make an incorrect selection.
If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis and the outcome is at the sole discretion of Aviska. Refund will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order.
We do not cover return postage fee unless the error is Aviska's fault. We recommend getting tracked postage so you can trace your return as Aviska does not bear responsibility for lost parcels.
