AVISKA ships to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, Canada and USA

It is important for us that our customer is satisfied with their purchases and shipping options. However, please be aware that due to covid-19, delivery times may vary. 

During promotion period, we will dispatch your products as quickly as possible but, it is important for you to understand that busy periods could lead to delays in dispatch.

 

The transit days are estimates only. However, we will ship your orders at the quickest time possible. We appreciate your support during this time.

Once the order has been placed, no amendments could be made therefore make sure to double check your entries. 

Shipping to Australia

We offer standard and express delivery options.

Orders under $59

  • $5.95 for standard shipping (3-6 Business days)

  • $10 for express shipping (1-3 Business days)

Shipping to New Zealand

  • $10 for standard shipping (5-12 Business days)

 

*Free standard shipping on orders above $150.

 Rest of the World

  • $15 for standard shipping (15-20 Business days)

Please note all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The prices quoted does not include your local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to your deliveries upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor for any delays in the transit. As a buyer, sales tax and import duties are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for related information. AVISKA must not bear these costs. 


 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We take every care to make sure you are satisfied with the purchase. Our products are in great condition before processing to ship it for you. The damages done by the shipping companies are beyond our control and we should not be held responsible.

AVISKA is not responsible for the parcels lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier. We will help you trace your parcel and provide you with every possible information if you decide to lodge an investigation with the shipping company.

 

We are not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered or where customer has failed to provide correct details at checkout. We are not at all liable for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.
